This problem has arisen at 2 separate sites - Speak with Rich(VCCP) and Charlie(DLKW)

On both occasions it was a Q1 Rip upgraded to Q2 software. The text colour did not look the same as the graphic box behind it when using an Adobe product, even though they were exactly the same colour swatch.

As there is now no option for turning text/graphics to best on the version 2 software, we have to change other settings.

The settings to change are as follows:

Resolution under the image tab must be set to 600 dpi
The halftone dropbox under the image tab must be set to gradation
Advance smoothing dropbox under the image tab must be set to off
